Rockingham County Public Health is pleased to announce the return of the annual Maternal & Child Health Expo events! New for 2026, these events have been rebranded as “Growing Healthy Families” and are offering more services and activities for families with older children, not just babies and young children. Each event is FREE to attend, requires NO registration, and includes tons of GIVEAWAYS!
