FCS Agent Demetria Cox-Thomas from Mecklenburg county is hosting a MIMB At the Market group session on April 15. In the curriculum, participants will learn what is a farmers market, benefits of shopping at farmers markets, how to use an EBT card at the farmers market and more.

FCS Agent Jennifer Brown will be attending the Granville Gardener's Expo to share local resources including information about SNAP in North Carolina. The event is free and will feature vendors, plants, food, shopping, networking, activities for children and more!
