Participants will be able to identify in-season produce and develop skills to save money at the farmers markets and will discuss local market benefit programs.

Uptown Farmers Market is pleased to offer Market Double Bucks for EBT shoppers. For 2026, EBT purchases are matched dollar for dollar up to $50 per week due to grant funding by Mecklenburg County. This program is administered by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Food Policy Council.
